The 14K three-color gold heart locket features a female face profile (green gold) with flowing hair (rose gold) embellished with a cabochon cut sapphire,
an old European cut diamond (approximately 0.20 ct) and a pair of green demantoids.
Marked with 56 zolotnik gold standard and maker's initials.
