About the Item

Large and Dramatic French Winged Bronze Artisanal Collar in the Brutalist style from the 1980's. Signed by the maker (Bonillez?) and purchased in a gallery in Paris in the 1980's. Handmade and heavily articulated with curved rods which are formed into wing form shapes in matte and high polish gold plate. Hinged to move with wearer, closes on side. 1980's France. Width across 7", Drop down 4", Neck interior circumference 17".
