Indulge in these fabulous William de Lillo hammered gilt metal bib necklace and de Lillo rhinestone earrings. The fabulous signed de Lillo jewels are a treasure to find. The wonderful bib necklace in hammered gilt metal design is absolutely stunning. The necklace has a sensual snake link chain.
The earrings are gorgeous. Also in gilt metal, they have sparkling white square cut and round rhinestones and have an Art Deco Chrysler building feel to them.
William de Lillo
William De Lillo (deceased 2011) was born in Belgium and moved to the United States in the 1950's. After working for Cartier and Harry Winston, he started The House of de Lillo with Robert F. Clark, the head designer for Miriam Haskell Jewels, in 1968. De Lillo jewelry was incredibly detailed
his designs are timeless. The work was almost all hand done and created almost exclusively for wealthy private clients including the Duchess of Windsor and Elizabeth Taylor. Jewels by William de Lillo are featured in museums around the world, and are considered by some to be the "Holy Grail" of jewelry collecting.
William de Lillo was only in business for nine years under his name, so the pieces bearing his name are true masterpieces and quite remarkable.
