A striking example of 1980s American modernist jewelry, this rare choker necklace was designed by Harriet Bauknight for her iconic brand Kaso. Sculpted in crystal-clear Lucite (acrylic-resin), the molded circular band is contoured to gracefully hug the neck, offering a sleek, futuristic silhouette. Slightly flexible for ease of wear, the rigid form slides elegantly onto the side of the neck, balancing comfort with sculptural precision.
At its center hangs a bold, removable large pendant—a dimensional, rectangular drop with faceted edges that catch and refract light.
