Vintage Diamante Emerald and Round Cut Wide Collar Circa 1980s. Once in a while, something comes along that stops you in your tracks, so special and unusual that it is the Item! It will make any outfit look pulled together. A strapless dress from The Row comes to mind. Can you just imagine? It closes with just a straightforward hook and lays so nicely across the body. I assume it was made in the United States, but it could have been a runway sample made in France. I don't know. Heavy and substantial!
