About the Item
This very lady-like, Mid to Late-20th Century French necklace is artfully fashioned from 18K yellow gold. Two double row gold stations at the front and center are flanked by a total of twelve round diamonds, set in bezels going up the chain about one third the length of the necklace. The overall effect is characteristic vintage French fashion and quality. It is set with forty eight modern round brilliant cut diamonds having a total approximate weight of 3.25ct. Overall diamond quality is G color and VS2 clarity. Total length is 15 inches. All appropriate French assay and makers marks are present and the clasp is stamped 750, designating 18K gold. Gross weight 15.40 grams.
