This important diamond necklace by McTeigue&Co. features an exceptional design set with the finest quality diamond throughout. Approximately 14 carats of only E-G color and VVS2-VS2 clarity marquise cut diamonds are set in solid platinum settings. Incredibly fiery encircle the neck nestled between Acanthus 18k gold leaves. This statement piece is destined to be the centerpiece of any serious jewelry collector. The Acanthus leaf is possibly the most classical of classic motifs. From the cornices and columns of Ancient Rome to the bodices and coronets of royalty, the Acanthus Leaf signifies renewal and regrowth.
