About the Item
A feminine and lively necklace, that although is over 200 years old is a current and youthful necklace for today. Foiled back red garnets create five pointed flowers with oval garnets set in between. This Georgian necklace is made in 18k gold, there are no visible hallmarks. The necklace at the back was likely lengthened perhaps 100 years ago, as the floret pattern changes at the back. The necklace is 15.5 inches long and the widest flower is a little over 1/2 inch in diameter.
