About the Item
An Edwardian platinum diamond set tiara.
This diamond tiara is beautifully handcrafted in platinum.
The tiara is composed of openwork foliate garland design sections graduating down in size from the centre, each featuring a single bezel set old cut and eight cut diamond and a pair of diamond set leaves within a pear-shaped diamond-set surround, mounted atop an articulated line of grain set old cut diamonds.
The tiara has been assessed by ourselves as having an estimated total diamond weight of 14.69ct carats approximately, which are graded as H-J colour, VS2-P1 clarity
The handmade frame that the tiara sits on is made of German Silver and handstitched brown velvet, for comfort when worn.
Accompanied by a non-original fitted box
Measuring 16cm across 3.25cm in height
