About the Item
This unusual necklace was created in 1975 ca. It features two round discs suspended from gold chains attached to a grooved barrel clasp. Each disk is decorated with twisted gold wire ornaments, gold balls and a star with five points. In the centre of each star we see a gold flower with a natural pearl in its center. The two stars are connected by 5 gold chains decreasing in size from the outside to the inside. The inner chain measures 15.7 cm, the chain on the outside measures 22 cm. The chains are interrupted by natural saltwater pearls threaded onto gold wire. The first, the second and the fourth chain show four pearls each, the third and the fifth chain show 5 pearls each.
