About the Item
This vintage 14 kt. gold charm is one of a kind in that it contains an incredible array of details, with attention to detail and crazy realism. The doctor's case, when closed, is worked in such a way as to simulate the grain of natural leather; in the center of it appears in bas-relief on both sides the initials: "MB," while at the top, on the handle, a ring has been welded so that the Charm can be placed on a bracelet or necklace.
Thanks to a pin on its base, the case can also be opened and, in doing so, the doctor's instruments appear: a syringe, scissors, and a stethoscope. They are of very fine workmanship, and all three are attached to the case by small rings, but they remain movable.
This unique charm is an excellent addition to bracelet or as a pendant to a necklace.
