A fine and impressive antique Victorian seed pearl and imitation gemstone, 18k yellow gold cross pendant; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 18k yellow gold. The substantial 18k yellow gold cross has bifurcated terminals to each cross-bar. The center of the cross is embellished with an applied yellow gold swirling design accented with undulating petal designs embellished with eight claw set seed pearls, segmented with four linear designs terminating with individually set pearls. This swirl design is further ornamented with an imitation red gemstone to the centre. The pendant suspends from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 18" fine trace chain via a rounded ring loop attachment to the upper border of the design. The chain secures with a conventional spring loaded bolt ring fastening. This impressive aquamarine pendant has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The pendant is ornamented with a total of four collet set aquamarines in a combination of pear and round cuts, totalling 2.90 carats. The round cut aquamarine is set to the apex of a collect set seed pearl, featuring a paired leaf design to the nadir ornamented with further seed pearls. Three linear drops suspend from the paired leaf design, each accented with a collet set pearl and terminating with a pear cut aquamarine.
