Large and Exquisite Etruscan Revival pale pink hand carved conch shell cameo of Medusa, American, 1875. Set in 14K yellow gold with an acid finish or "bloom" so that the gold color is a rich but soft finish (not highly polished) which appears to be a high, 20 or 22, karat gold.
