Made in Italy, this 18k solid gold charm is highly detailed with intricate leaves and stems swirling out of the top of a woven bag. Flowers crafted of diamonds, rubies, emeralds and pink and blue sapphires appear to be pouring out of this weighty piece with a substantial ribbon resting just above the jump ring.
