Embrace the elegance of American History with this exquisite 3 Carat Ruby $5 Coin Pendant Necklace with a 22 Karat Gold Liberty Head Half Eagle 5 Dollar Coin set in a channel set Ruby halo in 14 Karat Gold. The coin is in magnificent condition and is dated 1907. The coin has a gold purity of 90% and is 21.6 Carat Gold. The brilliant golden shimmer of the coin in almost mint condition is extraordinary! The coin is set in a circular pendant with approximately 3 Carats of stunning channel set Rubies. The rubies are an absolutely wonderful brilliant red color. The 30 Rubies are each channel set to create the circular halo surrounding the coin. The rubies are set in 14 Karat Yellow Gold. The magnificent $5 coin is in superb condition with the Liberty head on one side and the image of the eagle on the reverse. As a jewel the brilliant gold coin and the vivid rubies create a spectacular pendant necklace to be worn and to be passed on for generations.
The pendant is 1 7/8 inches (47mm) tall including the bale. The pendant is 1 1/4 inches (32mm) wide.
The coin is 22 Karat Gold. The surround and bale are 14 Karat Gold.
The bale is hallmarked 14K and a maker's mark which appears to be WB.
The pendant weighs 14.9 grams.
