Pendant in 18 karat yellow gold.
Antique lucky charm pendant, it is constituted of a pattern representing a hand engraved on coral retained by a gold cap engraved of floral patterns.
Length : 4 cm approximately, width : 9,3 mm approximately, thickness : 8 mm approximately.
Total weight of the jewel : 3,5 g approximately.
