22 Karat Yellow Gold Amphora Pendant by ROMAE Jewelry - Inspired by Ancient Designs. Our distinctive Parthia pendant recalls the shape of an ancient amphora or storage and shipping container, complete with ornamental volute "handles" at the sides. The design is inspired by an ancient Parthian earring dating to the first or second century AD.
Each piece of ROMAE jewelry is inspired by an ancient example, and is carefully designed and lovingly crafted in Rome by archaeologist and museum specialist Cris and artist Elena. Our pieces are made to order, and each is individually cast, hand finished and personalized, which allows for freedom of stone choice and special tailoring such as inscriptions and engravings. When shipped, each piece of ROMAE jewelry arrives with a product card that provides information about the culture, date, and find spot of the original piece of jewelry that inspired our design. Lead time: 4 - 5 weeks.
