About the Item
An elegant pendant in an open work design with a large 34.69ct emerald at centre, topped with two diamond set birds and flower. The reverse is polychrome enamelled.
The centre emerald is set in an open back setting to admire such clean piece of emerald full of lustre and light green garden colour. The diamond are all foiled and set in ancient kundan technique to enhance their brilliance. The pendant is handcrafted in India and has been made in 22K gold to keep the tradition and quality alive in the piece. The enamelling on the back delineates the feathers, eye and beak.
The pendant has a south sea suspended below with emeralds and pearl string attached at the top. The string is further attached to a thread which can be used to determine the neck length of the pendant while wearing it.
