Evening Star Goddess - 18kt yellow gold, 18mm x 9mm, Cameo Face w/ Sterling Silver Crown and Hair. 24kt gold bezel-set 7mm x 5mm x 3mm pear-shaped Opal cabochon. Backed by 30mm round high-polished Black Onyx disc.
