About the Item
This gorgeous necklace has an antique pendant set with a brilliant green emerald framed by a halo of sparkling diamonds. The eye catching pendant sits on a new cable chain necklace compose of solid 18k yellow gold. The chain secures with an easy to use lobster clasp. This piece comes with a GIA certificate for the emerald. We believe the antique pendant may be an old ring conversion with the emerald and diamonds being original to the mounting.
