About the Item
This is a beautiful Victorian - Art Deco Citrine Pearl Pendant in 14 Karat Gold. The rare pendant is set with a stunning oval faceted Citrine of magnificent orange color. The citrine is 13mm by 10mm by 7mm and is approximately 5 Carats. The citrine is set in a beaded collet and surrounded by a marquise navette shaped setting with open work hearts above and below the citrine. The design has beautiful open work and detailed acanthus leaf engraving within the gold. The pendant is surrounded by a halo of beautiful seed pearls. The gorgeous 5 Carat citrine shimmers in the gold lavalier pendant and the color changes beautifully with the light. The pendant is 14 Karat Gold. I cannot say enough about the beauty of this pendant. It has stunning design and exudes the delicate romance of the period.
The pendant is 1 7/8 inches (50 mm) long including the bales. Without the bales it is 1 5/8 inches (43mm) long. It is 3/4 inch (20mm) wide.
The pendant is 14 Karat Gold.
