Vintage 1950's huge emerald rectangular cut 91.00 carat smoky topaz pendant necklace. The pendant, a stunning quartz centerpiece, is mounted in 18k yellow gold. The chain is a 28 Inch double spiral link 18k chain. Each facet of the quartz has been deliberately cut to maximize its natural luster.
