About the tourmaline: The name derives from the Singhalese word turmalli, which means "gemstone in mixed colors" and ideally embodies the color palette of the miracle colors of our nature, shown in the Caribbean turquoise colors of the Paraiba tourmaline, a wonderful emerald green (verdelite/chrome tourmaline ), a mystical ocean-colored deep blue (indigolite), intoxicating canary yellow or red-pink like the rubelite and of course also in black and colourless. Its largest localities are in Brazil, Madagascar, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Mozambique, Malawi, Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Russia, America and Afghanistan.
