About the Item
Antique Horseshoe Necklace
9ct Gold
Circa 1880
Victorian horseshoe pendant in 9ct yellow gold, set with thirteen rose-cut diamonds and a central round-cut sapphire weighing approximately 0.18ct.
The diamonds are arranged along the curve of the horseshoe, with the sapphire positioned at the apex for a vibrant focal point. Suspended from a 17-inch 9ct belcher chain with uniform round links, offering a classic and secure fit.
A symbolic piece from the late 19th century, representing luck.
The pendant measures approximately 17mm in height including loop and width 10mm. The chain measures approximately 17 inches in length and 1.2mm in thickness.
