About the Item
Dating back to the 1870s, this fabulous Victorian locket necklace, is artfully ornamented in consummate Etruscan Revival style. The locket suspends from a very fine 20 inch chain made up of gold ribbed circle links. A rare find to have both the locket and chain intact. It is superbly crafted in 14k yellow gold with a soft bloomed finish making it even more striking. antique gold locket is decorated with gold wire designs in the style of ancient Greek and Etruscan jewelry. .
The interior of the locket is set with miniature picture frame.
