Antique Onyx Pendant
15ct Gold Stamped
Circa 1890
This striking Victorian pendant is truly a one-of-a-kind piece. The pendant is crafted with a stunning long oval-shaped onyx that is mounted in a beautiful 15ct gold frame, complete with fabulous gold rope and ball detailing. The centrepiece of the pendant is a gold starburst with a natural seed pearl at its centre. This pendant is an original Victorian mourning piece that has been lovingly converted from a brooch into a more wearable and fashionable pendant. It features a locket back which would have traditionally held a lock of hair. The piece is dated 14-8-1904, with the initials "DD". This antique onyx pendant is a true masterpiece that will add a touch of elegance and sophistication to any outfit.
