About the Item
A beautiful antique pendant necklace of the late 19th century and handmade in the Netherlands. The pendant is created in 14 karat yellow gold and made of fine filigree and cannetille work set with garnets and seed pearls. The craftsmanship of this pendant is beautiful, designed with lovely flowers inlaid with small garnets and seed pearls. Two gold cones and cannetille drops set with a garnet stone hanging underneath the top. At the center of the pendant a large round facet garnet dangles below, covered at the top with lustrous gold and a rosette at the bottom. The gold chain necklace is included and completes the whole piece.
The pendant necklace is in very good condition. The chain is made of 10 karat gold and the ornate pendant of 14 karat gold. The size of the pendant is 5.0 x 7.0 centimeters included eyelet. Length of the chain when worn 27.5 cm (total length chain 55 cm). Total weight is 20.69 grams.
The pendant necklace will be gift-wrapped in a black and gold jewelry box.
