About the Item
This fine example of georgian jewellery is a 15 karat gold pendant designed as a bouquet of flowers in a vase, a so called gardinière. Two citrines and three amethysts, facetted and cut in the shape of drop, are alternating with rose diamonds set in silver to make up the flower bouquet. The flowers are held together by a heartshaped amethyst. The vase with two gold handles is composed out of a rectangular citrine with rounded corners and a half moon shaped amethyst. The gardinière is suspended from a delicate gold chain made up from natuaral oriental pearls threaded on gold wire.
