About the Item
An attractive antique Georgian era seal fob pendant.
Made from bronze, it has a rustic feel to it and it was once gilded in bright gold but this has all worn away.
The seal fob has an open scrolling arch design, often found on Georgian seal fobs with small floral accents and is set to the base with a glass intaglio of a bearded man, the glass is red at the top.
Very well carved, an interesting and decorative piece.
Great for wearing as a pendant or suspending from an Albert chain or albertina.
English make, c1800s, late Georgian era
Condition:
Good used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, lots of aged patina, loss of gilding

Late Edwardian era the necklace is a rolo link chain in gold plated brass, the chain intercepted with oval cut purple paste stones.
Such a pretty antique necklace, most of the plating has worn away giving it a more rustic look but it still has so much to give.
The chain is nice length and easily passes over the head but it has a spring ring fastener too.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, signs of use and wear commensurate with age, loss of wear to the plating, some wear to the paste.
