Antique Russian Gold Locket Pendant with FW Hallmark, 1910
A beautifully preserved antique Russian gold locket, created around 1910 and stamped with the hallmark FW—the mark of Wenström Frederik, a renowned St. Petersburg jeweler of the late Russian Empire.
Crafted in a classic round form, the locket is finely decorated and set with a tasteful arrangement of old-cut diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. The gemstones are subtly integrated into the design, adding elegance without overpowering the refined goldwork.
The locket opens to reveal an interior compartment—perfect for holding a photograph or another small cherished keepsake.
It is offered with a gold chain (made much later), making it ready to wear.
