This is an antique 19th century rose cut diamond pendant which can also be worn as a brooch. This oval-shaped brooch pendant is created with many bright rose cut diamonds set in a second grade silver and gold frame. The diamonds are placed throughout the brooch set in a silver mounting, mille griffe work is created on the openwork rim.
