THIS IS A GORGEOUS VICTORIAN - ART NOUVEAU PENDANT NECKLACE WITH A BEAUTIFUL PINK AND CREAM ENAMEL FLOWER WITH A PEARL IN THE CENTER AND EXTRAORDINARY LUMINESCENT INDIVIDUAL STAMENS AROUND THE PEARL. THE NECKLACE IS 14 KARAT GOLD AND IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ENAMEL FLOWER JEWELS WE HAVE SEEN. THE PENDANT HANGS FROM A LOVELY ORIGINAL VICTORIAN CHAIN. THE EXQUISITE FLOWER IS BEAUTIFULLY RENDERED WITH GREAT DETAIL IN THE ENAMEL WORK ON EACH PETAL. THE PETALS HAVE WONDERFUL NATURALISTIC FORM AND ARE FULLY THREE DIMENSIONAL. IN THE CENTER IS A BEAUTIFUL PEARL WHICH IS SURROUNDED BY THE INDIVIDUAL STAMENS THAT ARE EACH TIPPED WITH DROPS OF CLEAR ENAMEL OVER PINK ENAMEL CREATING AN EXQUISITE EFFECT AS IF THE FLOWER IS ALIVE AND TIPPED WITH DROPS OF MORNING MIST. THE LONG DELICATE CHAIN IS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL WITH THE FLOWER HANGING FROM IT. THE FLOWER ALSO HAS A PIN STEM SO IT CAN BE WORN AS A STUNNING BROOCH IF DESIRED. THE NECKLACE IS SO FULL OF ROMANCE AND THE DELIGHTS OF NATURE. IT IS A MAGICAL JEWEL THAT WILL DANCE WITH JOY AROUND THE NECK. THE NECKLACE DATES TO CIRCA 1860-1910
