About the Item
This stunning heart pendant was crafted by Italy's renowned Carlo Barberis known for his creativity and elegant touches of fantasy. Set in 18 karat white gold this pendant features 3.00 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds. The center of the heart is cutout and set with a single row of round brilliant diamonds set in rose gold. Six rose gold rings and the bale are set with diamonds accenting the outer edges of the heart.
The pendant hangs from three strands of 18 karat white gold, measuring a total of 16" in length. The heart measures just over 1.25" in width and approximately 1" in length. The entire back of the heart is finished so beautifully with an overall pattern of cutout hearts.
