Pavé diamond heart pendant with necklace by Chimento of Vicenza, Italy. The pendant has approximately 2 carats of round brilliant diamond and is encased in a puffy yellow gold surround. There is double connector rings which are quite large (12mm) so this piece can be slipped on a different chains or even smaller pearls with ease. It securely hangs from a thick 18 karat yellow gold Mariner chain that measures 17 inches long and 8 mm in diameter at the widest point in the link.
