A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a round medal with a relief of the Virgin Mary in profile with a halo, with the Latin motto 'VIRGO VIRGINUM' (Virgin of Virgins) surrounding. The reverse depicts the letter M on a cloud with a sheaf of roses in front of a sunburst and the engraved monogram EJ and the date 23 Mai 1930. Stamped with the eagle's head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture, along with an incomplete maker's mark.
