A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as an oval medal depicting the Madonna and Child, signed and initialled by E. Dropsy. The reverse depicts a spray of lilies and the phrase 'Alma Mater' (Nourishing Mother) and is engraved with the initials HI and the date '7
11 Septembre 1923'. Stamped with the eagle's head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture.
