A French 18 karat (18K) yellow and rose gold charm pendant designed as a rose gold medal depicting the Madonna and Child signed by E. Dropsy, surrounded by a yellow gold floral frame. The reverse is engraved with a monogram of YP. Stamped with the horse’s head mark for 18 karat gold and French manufacture between 1838-1919, and an unknown maker’s mark.
