A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting Saint Therese holding a crucifix and some roses, the surround with gothic detail. The reverse shows a wreath of roses, branches and leaves. Signed Mazzoni and stamped with the eagle's head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture and a partial unknown maker's mark.
