A French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal representing Saint John the Baptist as a child with a lamb and a cross, with the name 'St Jean' below. Engraved to the reverse 'Jean-Pierre 11 Decembre 1942'. Signed Grandhomme, stamped with the eagle's head for French manufacture and 18 karat gold with an unknown maker’s mark.
