This is an all natural, untreated jadeite jade carved ancient gold coin pendant set with icy jadeite jade stones on a 18K white gold and diamond bail. The carved ancient gold coin symbolizes money, wealth and prosperity.
It measures 1.66 inches (42.2 mm) x 0.73 inches (18.6 mm) with thickness of 0.18 inches (4.6 mm) weighing 7.1 grams.
Included is a Hong Kong Gems Laboratory Jade Identification Report stating the stone is natural color, type A, 翡翠 (fei cui) jadeite jade.

The jade material used is the center of the rough (best material). There are diamonds that surrounds both imperial jades. We estimate about 0.50 cts of diamonds are used in this setting. The untreated / unenhanced natural jade is translucent. The color is the best imperial green color that is in high demand. The jade is full of "water", it looks alive! There is one carved imperial green jade leaf motifs and a conservative estimation of 0.75 cts of white diamonds in this setting. You can also "open" the back to see the underneath of the imperial jade. The meaning behind the jade leaf carving is that the wearer will receive good fortune and richness. This is a nice Jade pendant necklace made with an eye catching imperial green color. The leaf is very noticeable (it glows), with highly saturated green color and excellent translucency. The icy imperial green jade is simple and classic just showing off its natural beauty. The color really pops and it glows. The icy green jade also exhibits good translucency. You can see this from far away! The untreated / un-enhanced natural jade is well polished showing off its highly sort after imperial green color.
