About the Item
This lush and verdant pendant has been skillfully and recently carved with auspicious symbology. The large (63.37mm x 34.16mm x 10.78mm) oval carving displays a range of luscious green tones; from light sage to that beautiful bluish-green of Australian Chrysoprase.
The pendant is carved to depict rats. I didn't want to put "rats" in the headline because it might scare people off. But nobody should be frightened; carved from pure, unadulterated 100% natural jade, rats have long symbolized prosperity in China. So this beautifully carving is a celebration of success.
It hangs from a thick 26" long cord adorned with a polished wood bead.
This dramatic, richly colored and terribly fun pendant ships with a certificate from Stone Group Labs stating that the jade is untreated jadeite from Burma (Myanmar).
