This detailed description highlights a Lawrence Vrba 3-strand faux Baroque freshwater pearl necklace adorned with briolette cut silver and emerald green oblong beads. The necklace is notable for its detachable grape cluster pendant brooch, which has a charcoal grey finish. The brooch's grape leaves are set with emerald-colored rhinestones, and the grapes consist of briolette cut crystal sheets. Measuring 3.5 inches wide, 4 inches tall, and 1.5 inches high, the brooch features an oval signature plaque inscribed with "Lawrence Vrba" on the pin back. The necklace has an adjustable wearable length between 21 and 23 inches, with the strands approximately 2.5 inches wide. The piece is described as being in very fine condition. Lawrence Vrba began his career in 1969, working as a counter at Miriam Haskell; his talents did not go unnoticed and he soon found himself designing jewelry. In 1970 Vrba went to Castlecliff where he designed their Mayan collection. By 1973, Vrba having established himself as jewelry designer of note, he became the head designer at Miriam Haskell. After 8 years Vrba joined Les Bernard until he established his own company in 1983.
