Chains sold separately, please enquire for options. This pendant is unisex and can be made to larger dimensions if required. This pendant can also be made in 18 karat yellow or rose gold, please message us after purchase if you would prefer this option. Octagon has deep symbolism and is found in baptisteries as a symbol representing eternal life as the number eight is symbolic of renewal.
