About the Item
Exceptional and highly collectible 18k yellow gold Augis medal, surrounded by a superb halo of bright red corundum rubies (synthetic rubies). This luxurious frame enhances the iconic Augis design inspired by the celebrated Rosemonde Gérard poem. On the front, the raised polished “+” is set with a small diamond, while the “–” features two baguette-cut synthetic rubies. The piece also displays the classic Augis signature and the 18k gold hallmarks (eagle head + maker’s mark).
Measuring 2.45 cm in total length and weighing 4.65 g, this is one of the most elaborate and sought-after versions of the Augis medal — bold, vibrant, and unmistakably premium. The reverse shows light surface marks and a few tonal spots, but nothing that affects beauty or structure.
