Rare, hand carved and painted boomerang shaped wood pendant created by Barney Reid of San Diego, California. Pendant measures 4.75 by 2.5" and is unsigned. Leather strap is not original and should be switched out for an easier way to get it on and off. In very good unworn, vintage 1950s condition. Suitable for a man or woman. Purchased from the estate of the artist, Barney Reid.
Mr Reid was a member of the Allied Craftsmen and the San Diego Art Guild. He worked in metal, clay, wood, marble and other media.
