About the Item
This is a striking vintage necklace by Yves Saint Laurent, designed by Robert Goossens. It features a bold gold-tone chain with intricate twisted links and a statement centerpiece made up of six turquoise glass stones with gold foil accents. Each glass stone is hand formed and varies in shades of turquoise and foil accents. The beads are framed in a geometric layout, giving the pendant a structured yet artistic look—an excellent example of Goossens’ signature blend of baroque influence and modern form. The necklace is 21" long and the pendant measures 2.25" square. The back has a large lobster claw clasp with an hang tag. The hang tad is inscribed with the YSL logo on one side and "Made in France" on the reverse. Very, very good to fine condition with minimal wear.
