About the Item
An ancient Roman Coin of Trajan Decius from 249-251 AD set with fabulous decorative silver trim accents and bail. This coin was minted in Rome under the Magistrate Antonianus. There is a thin band of silver trim that encases the perimeter and then is uniquely enclosed by three clamps or enclosures that are evenly spaced about the coin perimeter. The three clamps have small round balls decorating the top. This marvelously framed ancient coin has been hand crafted into a one of a kind fashion pendant by an artisan.
