This unique cross is crafted in the classic antique European style, known as "silver-over-gold," which was widely used in Georgian and Victorian jewelry. The combination of the dark, tarnished silver and the warm gold was specifically intended to showcase the unique fire of the Rose Cut diamonds.
Rose Cut Diamonds: The cross is pave-set with numerous Rose Cut Diamonds, totaling 1.00 Carat. This historical cut features a flat base and a domed top, resembling the spiral shape of a rosebud.
The Setting: The antique technique of mounting the diamonds in darkened 800 Silver allows for optimal light reflection, enhancing the diamonds' sparkle, while the 9K Yellow Gold forms the structural base and provides the warm backing.
