Talisman V belongs to an extraordinary series of seven handcrafted amulets, each one shaped differently to echo the silhouettes of ancient tools, protective objects, and ritual artifacts that humans have carried for thousands of years. These seven pieces form a symbolic lineage - not replicas of historical items, but contemporary interpretations designed to reflect the universal human desire for strength, clarity, and protection. Talisman V is one of the most architectural forms in the series, recalling a slender ceremonial blade: a shape once associated with authority, guidance, and the power to cut through illusion.
At the heart of this pendant lies a magnificent 96-carat Rock Crystal originating from Brazil. Chosen for its absolute purity, the stone was carved entirely by hand in Idar-Oberstein, Germany, a town globally celebrated for gemstone masters whose skills have been refined over centuries. The crystal’s elongated geometry (0.39 × 0.98 × 2.2 in / 10 × 25 × 56 mm) gives it a quiet, vertical strength - like a column of frozen light suspended in motion.
Rock Crystal, the most transparent form of quartz, has been revered across cultures as a stone of clarity, focus, and protection. In ancient Greece it was believed to be “eternal ice,” incapable of melting. In Japan, it symbolised purity and patience. European alchemists used it as a conduit for intention and cleansing energy. Today, crystal healers still attribute to it the ability to enhance intuition, calm the mind, shield from negativity, and amplify personal intention. Its natural clarity is said to help the wearer “see through” confusion - making it a powerful material for an object rooted in ancient protective symbolism.
The metalwork of Talisman V was completed in Paris, France in a traditional atelier. The pendant is suspended on a 100% black silk cord from Japan, valued for its exceptional softness, durability, and the deep artisanal tradition behind Japanese silk-making.
To honor the rare nature of the piece, Talisman V arrives in a handmade presentation box from Paris, crafted entirely from natural suede and silk in one of the oldest workshops in the city. Every detail - the touch of the materials, the weight of the pendant, the purity of the crystal - reinforces the idea that this is not merely jewelry, but a symbolic object.
Although the talisman belongs to a family of seven, each piece is singular and unrepeatable. No two crystals, carvings, or proportions are alike. Talisman V is therefore both part of a lineage and a one-of-a-kind creation - a modern protective emblem shaped by the hands of masters across Brazil, Germany, Japan, and France.
