About the Item
A unique cabochon cut, purple star sapphire sits central to this pendant from the Victorian age. The beautiful sapphire is 1.30 carat and is surrounded by a heart shaped halo of old cut diamonds. The claw setting work is hand crafted from silver, which was typical of the period. The bail and 23" chain are made from 15 carat yellow gold.
